Casselton is an old railroad and farm town about twenty miles west of Fargo on Interstate 94. It has some of the oldest houses in Cass County outside Fargo: large wood-frame homes from the late 1800s and early 1900s with lap siding, porches, wood storm windows and detailed trim.
